Stag's Leap Wine Cellars Fay Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 shows vibrant blue and red fruits layered with cassis, briary blackberry and subtle cedar and spice. The palate is supple yet structured, with polished tannins giving shape to the generous fruit and a long, earthy finish that hints at herbs and warm wood tones. Elegant and energetic, it combines immediate pleasure with the depth to reward further cellaring.

Typically crafted as (nearly) 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in 100% new French oak, it is known for its supple red and black berry fruit, floral perfume, and silky, fine-grained tannins that showcase the vineyard’s elegance in contrast to the more powerful S.L.V. bottling.
