Ripe stone fruit and citrus glide through the 2022 Antinori Castello della Sala Bramito Chardonnay, wrapped in a creamy texture that’s kept lively by bright acidity. Subtle vanilla and biscuit-like notes from oak frame flavors of peach, apple and lemon, with a gentle mineral snap and touch of salinity on the clean, well-defined finish.
Roast chicken with lemon and herbs; Seared scallops; Creamy mushroom risotto

Bramìto della Sala is Antinori’s single‑varietal Chardonnay from the vineyards around the medieval Castello della Sala in Umbria, planted on calcareous, fossil‑rich soils with clay veins at 220–470 m elevation. Typically fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in oak (some lots undergo malolactic), it shows bright straw colour and a fragrant profile of white flowers, chamomile and Golden Delicious apple with toasted‑hazelnut/vanilla notes, a minerally backbone and lively acidity that give it freshness, texture and a long, savory finish.
