About Castello della Sala Bramito Chardonnay

Bramìto della Sala is Antinori’s single‑varietal Chardonnay from the vineyards around the medieval Castello della Sala in Umbria, planted on calcareous, fossil‑rich soils with clay veins at 220–470 m elevation. Typically fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in oak (some lots undergo malolactic), it shows bright straw colour and a fragrant profile of white flowers, chamomile and Golden Delicious apple with toasted‑hazelnut/vanilla notes, a minerally backbone and lively acidity that give it freshness, texture and a long, savory finish.
