The palate is medium-bodied but concentrated, with supple, fine-grained tannins, a generous, almost velvety texture and a long, mineral-driven finish that currently shows a touch of youthful firmness and warmth. This vintage feels particularly sensual and substantial for the site, built to gain complexity and polish with time in bottle.
