Brunello di Montalcino Pianrosso by Ciacci Piccolomini d’Aragona is a single-vineyard Sangiovese from the estate’s flagship Pianrosso cru, planted on iron-rich marly soils between roughly 240–360 meters near the Orcia river in southern Montalcino. Typically powerful yet polished, it combines ripe dark cherry and plum with floral, herbal and ferrous-mineral notes, structured by velvety tannins and lively acidity that give it notable aging capacity and make it one of the most emblematic Brunelli of the estate.
