Vinified with native yeasts in mostly-used oak, matured long on the lees and finished at very low Extra Brut dosage, it shows a rich, almost waxy/unctuous texture framed by bright citrus and orchard fruit, delicate brioche and hazelnut notes, and a striking saline‑chalk minerality that reflects its terroir.
