Bourgogne Blanc Éclat de Calcaire is Pierre-Vincent Girardin’s incisive, mineral-driven Chardonnay, sourced mainly from old vines in Meursault with a touch of Volnay (and, more recently, additional Meursault plots and a hint of Aligoté), all on limestone-rich soils that live up to the name.
