Marqués de Murrieta Castillo Ygay Gran Reserva Especial 2012 is a deeply complex Rioja, weaving sweet red and black berry fruit with savory notes of cedar, dried flowers, spice and a subtle earthiness. The long aging has shaped incredibly silky, refined tannins, giving the wine a poised, seamless feel and an almost endless, harmonious finish that already drinks beautifully yet clearly has much more to reveal with time.
