Eisele Vineyard’s 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a poised, tightly coiled powerhouse, layering pure cassis, red and black currant and boysenberry fruit with hints of rose, tobacco leaf, graphite and a cool mineral edge. The palate is deep and structured yet refined, with fine, persistent tannins and bright energy carrying a very long, focused finish that speaks to the vintage’s slow, graceful ripening.
