Deep-toned yet graceful, the 2022 Eisele Vineyard Altagracia Cabernet Sauvignon layers dark currant and ripe plum fruit with notes of thyme, citrus blossom, tobacco leaf and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is medium to full in body, polished and juicy, with fine, ripe tannins giving structure to the fresh, lingering finish.
