About  Extra Brut Grand Cru Millesime

Egly-Ouriet’s Extra Brut Grand Cru Millésime is a deeply vinous, long-aged Champagne crafted primarily from old-vine Pinot Noir with Chardonnay, drawn exclusively from Ambonnay and select Grand Cru sites on the Montagne de Reims. Fermented and raised in barrel with indigenous yeasts, given 6–8 years of lees aging, and finished at a very low dosage, it offers a powerful yet precise expression of chalky Grand Cru terroir, combining intense structure with remarkable finesse and longevity.
