Lush waves of apricot, mango and candied citrus roll through Chateau Suduiraut 2013, threaded with honey, ginger spice and a gentle toasted sweetness. The texture is opulent yet lifted by bright, precise acidity, giving this concentrated Sauternes both hedonistic richness and impressive drive on the long, glowing finish.
Foie gras terrine, Roquefort cheese, Apricot tart with almond cream

Château Suduiraut is the estate’s flagship Premier Cru Classé Sauternes, a noble-rot sweet white wine based predominantly on Sémillon (with a little Sauvignon Blanc) from gravelly sandy-clay soils in Preignac, next to Château d’Yquem. Hand-harvested in successive passes and aged around 18–24 months in French oak, it is known for its golden color, great longevity, and opulent yet balanced profile, typically showing layers of honeyed stone fruit, citrus marmalade, floral notes, and candied or roasted nuances that gain complexity with age.
