Ripe grapefruit and tangy pear leap from the glass of Chateau Suduiraut Le Blanc Sec de Suduiraut 2020, framed by hints of mango, herbs and gentle spice. The palate is concentrated yet precise, with a firm backbone from Sauvignon Blanc wrapped in the waxy, textural depth of Sémillon, finishing long, dry and refreshing. A characterful dry white from Sauternes terroir that already drinks beautifully but has the stuffing to develop further complexity in bottle.
