2022 Pro Rating
Scented with dark cassis, blackberry and a touch of roasted coffee, Chateau Labegorce 2022 shows a lively, precise character framed by finely grained tannins. On the palate it’s medium to full-bodied, with vibrant black fruits, hints of licorice and tobacco, and a long, focused finish that balances ripe richness with freshness. A refined and energetic Margaux that should drink well young yet reward some cellaring.
Roast lamb with garlic and herbs; Duck breast with blackcurrant sauce; Beef tenderloin with wild mushrooms

Château Labégorce is a Cru Bourgeois red from Margaux on Bordeaux’s left bank, a Cabernet Sauvignon–Merlot–based blend grown on predominantly sandy-gravel soils neighboring Châteaux Margaux and Lascombes. Owned by the Perrodo family, the estate unites several historic Labégorce parcels, producing a wine known for its polished structure, bright blackcurrant and floral Margaux finesse, and supple tannins, with Zédé de Labégorce as its second wine.
