Cornas Granit 30 2022 Vintage Overview

2022 OVERVIEW

Dark-toned fruit and a savoury, slightly wild edge define the 2022 Vincent Paris Cornas Granit 30, with mulberry and cassis wrapped around notes of spice, meat and graphite. The palate is medium to full in weight, juicy at the core but framed by firm, youthfully grippy tannin, giving the wine a serious, old-school Cornas structure despite the vintage’s generosity. It’s a characterful, flavorful Syrah that will reward a few years in the cellar for its elements to knit more fully.
