Subtle at first, the 2021 Terroir al Límit Terroir Históric Blanc opens with restrained stone fruit and apple, then gains personality with notes of dried citrus peel, wild herbs and a faint earthy, almost clay-like nuance. Medium to full in body yet only moderately ripe, it feels textured and slightly savory, with gentle acidity and a nip of citrus pith bitterness that adds grip and character on the finish. A touch of reduction on opening rewards a brief decant, revealing a quietly confident, Mediterranean-inflected white rather than a showy one.
