About Esprit de Tablas Rouge

Esprit de Tablas Rouge is Tablas Creek’s flagship Mourvèdre-led, Rhône-style red blend from their Adelaida District estate in Paso Robles, assembled from the best lots each year (Mourvèdre supported by Grenache, Syrah and small amounts of Counoise, Cinsaut/Vaccarèse). It combines savory, earthy, meaty notes and black/red fruit with floral and spice lift, is fermented and aged in a mix of stainless and French oak to build structure and ageability, and is made to balance immediate appeal with cellaring potential.
