About Schubert Theorem Shiraz

The Schubert Theorem is Standish’s single‑vineyard Shiraz drawn from the Schubert family’s old vines on Roennfeldt Road in Marananga (Barossa Valley), crafted to showcase the different sections of that site. It’s typically intensely colored and layered—pure, dark-plum and blackberry fruit with floral lift, spicy/earthy and coffee notes from whole-bunch ferments and oak maturation, and a dense, finely tannic structure that rewards cellaring.
