Perfumed and incisive, Roagna’s 2019 Barbaresco Montefico Vecchie Viti layers rose and violet, red cherry and currant, and black licorice over a spine of cool stone and chalky tannin. Tajarin with white truffle; Braised veal shank (ossobuco); Porcini mushroom risotto
