From Realm’s Stags Leap estate, the 2018 Moonracer Cabernet Sauvignon is a deeply concentrated, polished Napa classic, saturated with blackcurrant and plum fruit layered over dark chocolate, spice and a streak of mineral graphite. The palate is powerful yet precise, with vibrant acidity, finely etched tannins and a long, composed finish that shows this vintage’s combination of opulence and structure. This is a strikingly pure, age-worthy Moonracer that will reward patience but already hints at tremendous complexity.
