Grattamacco Bolgheri Superiore is an organically farmed, flagship coastal Tuscan red crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and a defining share of Sangiovese, grown on breezy, limestone- and clay-rich hillsides between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci. Fermented in open-top oak vats and aged around 18 months in barrique, it marries the power and structure of a Bolgheri Superiore with a distinctive Tuscan lift, saline minerality, and Mediterranean scrub character that reflect its maritime terroir.
