The palate feels taut yet silky, with fine, powdery tannins and bright acidity carrying flavors of redcurrant, dried flowers and a hint of cocoa into a long, composed finish. It captures the approachable, “modern” side of Nebbiolo, already delicious but clearly built to grow more complex with time.
