First produced in 1983, it is hand-picked, open-fermented and basket pressed on-site, then matured in a mix of French and American oak to give an elegant, medium-weight yet concentrated style with fine tannins, smooth richness, and signature floral, blackberry and aniseed notes that vividly express this unique city-fringe terroir.
