It shows deep garnet to orange hues with an intense aromatic profile of roses, violet, tar/goudron, spice and leather that develops into truffle and tobacco with age, and on the palate is full‑bodied, austere yet elegant, supported by firm, long‑lasting tannins and notable aging potential.
