About Collection 244

Collection 244 is Louis Roederer’s modern “Collection” cuvée — a solera-inspired, house-driven blend built around the ripe 2019 base (54%) married with a substantial Perpetual Reserve and oak‑aged reserve wines, designed to express the house’s terroir from La Rivière, La Montagne and La Côte. With a blend of roughly 41% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 26% Meunier, subtle oak influence and about 7 g/L dosage, it shows ripe stone‑fruit and citrus framed by chalky salinity, gentle autolytic/toasty notes and a caressing, textured mid‑palate.
