2016 Pro Rating
Fine, persistent bubbles carry aromas of lemon zest, white peach and crisp orchard fruit in Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs 2016, layered with notes of toasted brioche and almond. The palate is at once creamy and vibrant, with focused citrus and stone-fruit flavors gliding over a tense, saline spine, leading to a long, mouthwatering finish that shows both refinement and energy from its Avize Grand Cru origins. Already beautifully expressive, it also has the depth and structure to evolve in bottle.
Oysters on the half shell; Dover sole meunière; Triple-cream Brie
