About Illivio Bianco

Illivio Bianco (Illivio) from Livio Felluga is a premium Friuli Colli Orientali DOC white cuvée—created in 1998 in tribute to the estate’s founder—typically blending Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay and a touch of Picolit; it’s vinified partly in small French oak casks with malolactic fermentation and about ten months on the lees to produce a textured, creamy yet mineral wine that marries ripe orchard and stone-fruit aromas with floral, spice and saline/iodine notes reflecting the region’s marl‑sandstone (Ponca/Eocene) soils.
