About Montestefano Barbaresco

La Ca’ Nova’s Montestefano is a single‑cru Barbaresco made from 100% Nebbiolo on the powerful, south‑facing Montestefano site — wines from this cru are noted for Barolo‑like structure, firm, ageworthy tannins and concentrated red and black cherry fruit. La Ca’ Nova ages the wine in large neutral oak casks, producing an earthy, floral and spice‑tinged profile (violet, camphor/forest floor, licorice) with saline/mineral drive and long finishing grip suited to medium‑long cellaring.
