2023 OVERVIEW

Lively citrus and blossom tones lead the 2023 Kistler Vineyards Les Noisetiers Chardonnay, with lemon, tangerine and a gentle creaminess gliding across the palate. Oak feels polished and restrained, letting the bright fruit and floral notes take center stage while the usual nutty nuance plays a quieter supporting role, giving the wine a graceful, refined finish.

About Les Noisetiers Chardonnay

Les Noisetiers is Kistler’s emblematic Sonoma Coast/Russian River Chardonnay, a multi‑vineyard cuvée drawn from sandy Goldridge soils in sites like Vine Hill, Dutton Ranch and Trenton Roadhouse, all planted to the estate’s heritage Chardonnay clone. Barrel‑fermented with native yeasts and aged on lees in mostly older French oak, it marries coastal tension and mineral drive with a creamy, full‑bodied texture and the wine’s signature notes of citrus, stone fruit and subtle toasted hazelnut that give the cuvée its name.
