J.J. Prüm’s 2022 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Spätlese glides across the palate with pristine white peach, green plum and lime, layered over cool slate and a whisper of herbal-honey richness. The wine is medium-bodied yet finely etched, its gentle sweetness already beautifully judged and carried by vibrant acidity into a long, precise finish.
