Medium-bodied but quite concentrated, it glides across the palate with a gentle touch of oak for texture, then finishes long, zesty and mouthwatering with a squeeze of sharp citrus. This is a characterful, sea-breeze Etna white that feels ready to enjoy yet has enough energy to develop in bottle for several years.
