From its tiny premier cru site, Hudelot-Noellat’s 2020 Vougeot Les Petits Vougeots shows vivid dark cherry and raspberry fruit layered with plum, sweet spice, and a lift of orange peel and flowers. The palate is sleek yet concentrated, with very fine tannins, a lively, saline edge, and a long, tightly wound finish that promises excellent development in bottle.
