Henry’s Seven is Henschke’s approachable Barossa/Eden Valley red blend—a Shiraz-led GSM with a splash of Viognier—created as a tribute to early settler Henry Evans and the region’s southern French and Spanish varieties. Bright, spicy and floral (violet, raspberry and plum) with cracked pepper and savoury herb notes, the wine is co‑fermented (Viognier with Shiraz), matured mainly in seasoned French oak for texture, and offers juicy mid‑palate fruit balanced by fine tannins and good short–medium cellar potential.
