Faiveley’s Latricières‑Chambertin Grand Cru is a single‑parcel expression of Pinot Noir from the most southerly Grand Cru in Gevrey‑Chambertin (about 1.2 ha), grown on shallow, limestone‑rich soils topped with a silica layer that gives the wine its signature mineral precision.
