About Pinot Grigio

Elena Walch Pinot Grigio is a polished Alto Adige white that marries Alpine freshness with Mediterranean ripeness—bright straw color with pear, white pepper and a hint of sage, crisp acidity and a mineral-salty core from calcareous, porphyry-rich hillside soils. Hand-harvested from steep sites around Termeno/Caldaro (250–900 m) and fermented/aged on fine lees in stainless steel, it’s food-friendly and nervy rather than flabby, showing lingering texture and a clean finish.
