Dominio del Águila Reserva is the house’s flagship Reserva from La Aguilera in Ribera del Duero, built mainly from century‑old Tempranillo vines (co-planted with small amounts of Garnacha, Bobal and Albillo) grown organically at high altitude; it’s fermented whole‑cluster with native yeasts and aged slowly (around 35 months) in French oak to produce a perfumed, mineral-driven wine of ripe dark fruit, floral lift and fine, chalky tannins that marries concentration with a tensile freshness.
