About Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Pruliers Premier Cru

Domaine Robert Chevillon’s Nuits‑Saint‑Georges 1er Cru “Les Pruliers” is a Pinot Noir from an east‑facing, moderately sloped premier‑cru parcel of silt and gravel over limestone that yields a concentrated, structured wine with black and red fruit, spice, smoky/undergrowth notes and firm, fine tannins. Vinified mostly destemmed and typically aged long in barrel with a moderate proportion of new oak, it shows both early fruit intensity and clear age‑worthiness, often developing cocoa, game and mineral complexity with time.
