Chapelle-Chambertin Grand Cru from Domaine Cécile Tremblay is an exceptionally rare, old-vine Pinot Noir from the Les Gémeaux sector just south of Gevrey-Chambertin, where deep, iron-tinged red soils and a limestone base give both ripeness and a marked mineral spine.
