On the palate it’s medium-bodied yet very precise and fine-boned, the dark, tangy fruit carried by chalky, slightly grippy tannins and a long, savory finish that recalls classic Bierzo in a cooler era. Youthful reduction and structure suggest patience will be rewarded, marking this as one of the most refined, quietly powerful vintages of Corullon so far.
