Dalla Valle’s 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon layers ripe blackberry and cassis with hints of graphite, cedar and warm spice, carried on a concentrated yet finely woven palate. The tannins are polished but firm, giving structure to the dark, satiny fruit and leading into a long, mocha-tinged finish that promises even greater complexity with time in bottle.
