Fermented in stainless steel, it sees extended maceration and long ageing in a mix of French and American oak before bottle maturation, yielding a medium-bodied, food-friendly Rioja of ripe red and black fruit, smoky-leather and spice notes with fine tannins and refreshing acidity.
