Continuum 2022 Vintage Overview

2022 OVERVIEW

Continuum 2022 from Sage Mountain Vineyard is plush and vividly fruited, layering black cherry and blackberry with notes of plum, mocha, tobacco and wild herbs over a polished, silky frame. The Cabernet Franc lift brings aromatic freshness and savory complexity, while fine, persistent tannins give structure to the wine’s generous, expressive core. A showier, more flamboyant vintage that still retains poise and length on the finish.

About Continuum

Continuum is Continuum Estate’s flagship Bordeaux-style red blend from the Mondavi family’s Sage Mountain Vineyard on Napa’s Pritchard Hill, crafted primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc with small portions of Merlot and Petit Verdot. Grown on high-elevation, volcanic slopes and farmed organically, it is known for its powerful yet refined character, combining dense mountain fruit, graphite-like minerality, and velvety tannins in a deeply structured, ageworthy wine that reflects this singular hillside terroir.
