Château Moulin Saint-Georges Saint-Émilion Grand Cru is a Merlot-dominant red from clay-limestone soils just below and beside Château Ausone, crafted by the same Vauthier family team. Typically blending around 80–85% Merlot with Cabernet Franc and aged for about 18 months in (mostly) new French oak, it marries dense, ripe fruit with polished tannins and a marked limestone freshness. Often seen as a more approachable, quietly elegant counterpart to Ausone, it delivers refined Saint-Émilion character with impressive depth and aging potential.
