Chateau Lagrange 2023 Vintage Overview

2023 OVERVIEW

Classically framed yet vividly pure, the 2023 Château Lagrange layers cool cassis, blackberry and plum with hints of cedar, graphite, dark cherry and a touch of leaf tea and spice. Medium to full in body, it glides on fine, slate-like tannins and bright acidity, giving an impression of quiet power and precision rather than flash, and finishing long, savoury and mouthwatering. A refined, structured Saint-Julien in a particularly elegant, fresh style for the estate.
