Hommage à Élisabeth Bouchet is Château Angélus’s ultra‑limited, top‑tier cuvée made as a tribute to the family ancestor — a 100% old‑vine Cabernet Franc drawn from a tiny half‑hectare at the pied de côte of the Saint‑Émilion slope. Released only in the very best years (first in 2016), it is vinified and aged with great restraint in small amounts of new oak, yielding a concentrated, mineral‑infused wine of rare purity, fine tannin and long aging potential.
