About Brut Millesime

Brut Millésimé by Champagne Taittinger is the house’s classic vintage Champagne, produced only in years of outstanding harvests and aged for many years in their Reims cellars to build complexity and length. Typically a 50/50 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from around fifteen primarily Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, it is known for its elegant, racy profile that combines citrus and white‑flower finesse with toasty, brioche and mineral notes that evolve beautifully with time in bottle.
