Generous yet razor‑dry, Champagne Jacquesson Dizy Corne Bautray Extra Brut 2009 layers ripe pear and white peach with hints of citrus, brioche and a touch of honey over a deep chalky core. The palate is powerful and concentrated, almost vinous in texture, but remains incredibly precise thanks to its firm, fine mousse and long, saline finish. A serious, structured blanc de blancs that shows the warmth of 2009 while promising many more years of graceful development.
