Roses, red cherry and wild strawberry soar from the glass of Ceretto’s 2019 Barolo Bricco Rocche, backed by hints of sweet spice, tobacco leaf and stone. On the palate it is powerful yet finely etched, with concentrated, pure Nebbiolo fruit wrapped in tightly woven but remarkably polished tannins, finishing long, savory and very precise. This is a beautifully sculpted, classically built Barolo from a great year, destined to reward patience in the cellar.
