Bodegas y Viñedos Luna Beberide Paixar Dragonte A Serra Mencía 2021 is a taut, slate-driven Bierzo red with lifted blackberry and black plum fruit wrapped in notes of wild herbs, pine and cool stone. The palate is precise and vibrant at 13.5% alcohol, showing great concentration without heaviness and finishing with floral spice and a long, refined, almost chiselled freshness that makes this one of the most elegant Paixar vintages to date.
