Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Vintage Overview

2021 OVERVIEW

Dark, pulsating fruit and cool herbal tones give the 2021 Araujo Eisele Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon a poised, almost electric feel, layering blackcurrant, plum and a touch of blue fruit over hints of cocoa, tobacco leaf and gentle spice. The palate is deep and concentrated yet incredibly graceful, packed with flavor but driven by ultra-fine, almost weightless tannins that carry the wine in a long, composed finish. This is a brilliantly focused, biodynamically grown Eisele that speaks more of finesse and inner energy than sheer power, built clearly for the long haul.

Typically dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon with small portions of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, it marries deep blackberry/cassis concentration and fine, velvety tannins with a distinctive crushed-rock minerality and remarkable finesse, making it both powerfully age‑worthy and unusually elegant for a cult Napa Cabernet…
